The room was bigger than I thought it would be for the rate that I paid. The location was convenient for our travels, and quiet for a good night's sleep, yet close to shopping and food. It perfectly suited our needs.

The staff that I encountered was amazingly friendly and helpful. The owner even took time out of his day to converse with me for about 15 minutes and never made me feel like I was interrupting his day. I will definitely choose here to stay again the next time I'm in Knoxville!
