I arrived several hours before check-in but after hearing about my situation the front desk lady found me the only room available and the manager removed the early check-in fee. Two separate staff members even offered to drive me to the airport car rental the next morning. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I got a great night's sleep after a very stressful day!

We stayed here two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and plenty of choices. We love the area and will plan on staying again soon. There are several good restaurants right across from the hotel.

Stayed one night just to get out of town for an night, and Katlyn at the front desk was wonderful! She put us in 301 which was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Katlyn for making us feel very welcome and you are doing great girly keep up the good work!

the staff, the management, the facility, the breakfast, the location...ALL come together to make Mainstay the main place to stay in Knoxville! Comfortable, clean, friendly and affordable...the perfect combination....we WILL definitely be back. Thanks Mainstay!
